The Company has four wholly-owned subsidiaries located in Mainland China, they are: Weifang Common Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 1997) Shanghai Dehong Chemical Co., Ltd. (established in 2001) Weifang Parasia Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 2004) Weifang Binhai Petro-Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 2005) The principal activities of the Group is sales and distribution, manufacturing, and research of fine chemical products including Cyanoactates, Malonates, Ethanol, Methanol, tert-Butanol, Sodium Cyanide solution, iso-Butylene, PIB, etc, which are widely applied in the synthesis of pharmaceutical products, pesticides, adhesive products, sealants, coating material and aromatics etc.

In order to provide timely delivery and services to customers, several liaison offices and sales agents are set up in Southeast China and overseas countries.
